Item was great and exactly as described. Replaced the existing control with this one and it fixed the issue I was having with the massage chair. The issue was the massaging mechanism was stuck in the upper position. Have been using for weeks and the chair mechanism is now controlled correctly with the purchased replacement. Thank you!
