Paket fehl geleitet von DHL, bat den Verkäufer um erneuten Versand und nicht um Erstattung. Portokosten hätte ich auch nochmal übernommen. Keine Ware erhalten, sondern nach Wochen Geld erstattet bekommen. Man kauft aber ja ein Produkt ein, weil man es braucht oder haben möchte. Mit Geld zurück ist einem nicht geholfen. Schade, hatte extra eine Nachricht rechtzeitig geschrieben !
